My practice represents companies and other businesses and offers two types of service:
Commercial and banking law advice
After 17 years of working in the City specialising in general corporate banking, international finance, property finance, acquisition finance and work-outs/rescheduling, in 2010 I started offering my expertise in commercial and banking law independently and have since developed a practice advising small and medium-sized businesses on their corporate, commercial and banking documentation, focussing in particular on joint ventures. I do not have the overheads of a large practice so I can offer top-quality advice at less than half the standard City rates.

Consultancy and subcontracting services
I offer consultancy services as a subcontractor to law firms and if a matter requires greater resources or teams of people with different specialisations, I might suggest that it be handled together with one of the law firms with whom I cooperate.
